Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Tidii account and personal data at any time — straight from the app, or by asking our team. Here's exactly how it works.

Delete it in the app

The fastest way is right inside Tidii, where you signed in:

  1. Open the Tidii app and sign in if you're signed out.
  2. Go to Profile, then open your account settings.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Review what will be removed, then confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Prefer we do it for you?

Email us from the phone number or address on your account and we'll delete it for you. Tell us you want your Tidii account deleted:

We may verify it's really you before we delete anything. We action deletion requests without undue delay, and within 30 days at the latest.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed from our systems, including:

  • your profile (name, phone number, profile photo);
  • your saved vehicles and addresses;
  • your booking history and preferences.

We keep no full card numbers — card details are held by our payment providers, not by Tidii. Minimal booking or payment records may be retained only where UAE law requires it (for example, tax or accounting records). Everything else is hard-deleted and cannot be recovered.

Before you delete

Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in the app first, and make sure any in-progress booking is finished or cancelled — otherwise you may still be charged for it.
